February 26th - After Effects

Last night's dinner party / Birthday celebration for my mom was lovely. I kick myself for not getting any photos of the evening, but I hope what that means is it was too wonderful an occasion to slow down to snap photos.

One keepsake I did get, however, is a photo of the flowers my mom forgot behind her. I can't say I minded waking up and realizing these lovelies were still here and not home with their rightful owner:

Ooh, those flowers look beautiful! My photo is from an Olympic-themed coffee break at work. My team baked cupcakes (mine are the red ugly ducklings in all different sizes - at least they were red velvet!).
