Unexpected circumstances have caused me to stay in Calgary for the weekend, instead of making the full journey to Banff, but it has actually been really nice to spend some time with my family. Hope you girls are enjoying the weekend and your families as well.

Meghan, what happened to have to make you stay in Calgary? Hope everything's okay. If you get a chance you should go the Ladybug cafe for breakfast. My favourite place in Calgary hands down! I LOVE the photo of your grandpa by the way :)

My spring blues are slowly but surely creeping in... every March they begin... even the prospect of a March trip is not soothing my anstiness and anxiety. Any recommendations other than Baileys and coffee on warding them off?
