I started off my morning in a nostalgic mood and I felt inclined to by drive my parent's first house on 87 Avenue & 98 Street, that they bought from my grandpa, who bought the house back in the 1950s for just over $9,000! How great would it be to someday buy this house? I think I'll keep my eyes open for a For Sale sign...
